2.1. Sales within the European Union

Sales through the SexShopMarket.com platform are made to private individuals and corporate customers located within the European Union.

2.2. Estonia

Sales through the Platform are available to customers located in the Republic of Estonia, including both private individuals and legal entities, unless otherwise provided by applicable law in relation to specific products.

2.3. Permitted Territories

Sales through the Platform are permitted to customers located in European Union Member States to which delivery is available at the time the order is placed.

2.4. Sales Restrictions

Goods are not sold:

• to countries outside the European Union;
• to Norway;
• to Switzerland;
• to the United Kingdom;
• where the sale is prohibited by applicable law;
• where certain products are subject to age restrictions or other restrictions imposed by law.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse to enter into or complete a transaction where such refusal is necessary to comply with applicable laws or regulatory requirements.

2.5. Documents

The Seller may request corporate customers to provide documents confirming:

• company registration;
• validity of the VAT number;
• authority of the company representative.

The Seller may request private individuals to provide information necessary for processing the order, verifying identity where required by law, and fulfilling statutory obligations.

2.6. Refusal of Registration or Order Processing

The Seller may refuse registration or processing of an order where there are reasonable doubts regarding:

• the accuracy or authenticity of the information provided by the Buyer;
• the Buyer’s status;
• compliance of the transaction with European Union law;
• the legality of the transaction or delivery.

2.7. Compliance with Legal Requirements, Sanctions and Trade Restrictions

The Seller may refuse to fulfil an order, register an account, or deliver goods if the transaction, Buyer, final recipient, payment method, delivery route, or destination country may violate:

• European Union sanctions regimes;
• export control regulations;
• AML/KYC requirements;
• international trade restrictions;
• other mandatory legal requirements.

The Seller may also request additional documents and information necessary to carry out compliance checks required by applicable law.

2.8. Prices and Taxation

Prices displayed on the Platform may vary depending on the Buyer’s status as a private individual or legal entity, the delivery country, and any agreed commercial terms.

For private customers, the final amount of VAT is calculated automatically during checkout after the delivery country has been selected. The applicable VAT rate is determined in accordance with the laws of the destination country and the European Union One Stop Shop (OSS) rules.

Once the delivery country has been selected, the applicable VAT rate of that country is automatically applied to the order. The final order price, including applicable VAT, is displayed to the Buyer before the order is confirmed and paid.

Sales of goods to legal entities holding a valid VAT number registered in a Member State of the European Union may be made without charging VAT in accordance with applicable European Union legislation.

Legal entities, wholesale customers, dropshipping partners, and companies engaged in the resale of goods may be offered additional discounts, special commercial terms, and individually negotiated prices.

Partners engaged in dropshipping or resale may be offered special prices and additional commercial benefits depending on the volume and nature of the cooperation.

We strive to provide our customers with some of the best prices in Europe for the products we sell, together with favourable delivery conditions and competitive shipping rates throughout the European Union.

Low delivery costs and an extensive logistics network enable our customers to receive goods as quickly as possible throughout the European Union.

2.9. Payment of Orders by Legal Entities

Legal entities may pay for orders exclusively from a bank account or other payment account opened in the name of the legal entity identified as the Buyer during registration and when placing the order.

The name of the account holder and payer must correspond to the registered name of the legal entity placing the order and, where a VAT number is used, to the name of the holder of the relevant VAT number.

Payment for an order from the personal account of a company representative, member of the management board, founder, shareholder, employee, beneficial owner, or any other third party is not permitted without the Seller’s prior written consent.

The Seller may request documents confirming that the account used for payment belongs to the legal entity. If the Buyer’s and payer’s details do not match, the Seller may suspend processing of the order, refuse to fulfil it, cancel the order, or refund the received funds to the original payment source.

3.1.

The SexShopMarket.com platform sells intimate and adult products to both private individuals and legal entities.

3.2.

Due to the nature of the products sold, as well as for reasons of hygiene, safety, and consumer health protection, adult products of satisfactory quality are not eligible for return or exchange.

3.3.

The Buyer agrees that once the goods have been delivered to the Buyer, products of satisfactory quality cannot be returned.

3.4.

A return or exchange of goods, as well as a refund, is possible exclusively in the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, damage to the goods during delivery, or receipt of goods that do not correspond to the order placed.

3.5.

If a defect is discovered, the Buyer must notify the Seller within a reasonable period after receiving the goods and provide a detailed description of the issue, together with photographs or other evidence confirming the defect.

3.6.

After reviewing the claim and confirming the existence of a manufacturing defect or damage caused during delivery, the Seller may, at its discretion, replace the product, issue a refund, or offer another appropriate solution.

3.7.

All sales of adult products are final. Once the goods have been delivered to the Buyer, they cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of a confirmed manufacturing defect, damage during delivery, or receipt of goods that do not correspond to the order placed.

3.8.

In all other cases not involving a confirmed manufacturing defect, damage during delivery, or an error in fulfilment of the order, no return, exchange, or refund will be provided.

3.9.

These return and exchange conditions apply to both private individuals and legal entities unless other terms have been agreed in advance in writing between the Seller and the Buyer.
