2.1. Sales within the European Union

Sales through the SexShopMarket.com platform are made to both private individuals and corporate customers located within the European Union.

2.2. Estonia

Sales through the platform are available to customers located in the Republic of Estonia, including both private individuals and legal entities, unless otherwise restricted by applicable legislation in relation to specific goods.

2.3. Permitted Territories

Sales through the platform are permitted to customers located in European Union countries to which delivery of goods is available at the time of placing the order.

2.4. Sales Restrictions

Goods are not sold:

• to countries outside the European Union;
• to Norway;
• to Switzerland;
• to the United Kingdom;
• in cases where the sale is prohibited by applicable legislation;
• in cases where age restrictions or other legal restrictions apply to specific goods.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse to complete a transaction if required by legal or regulatory requirements.

2.5. Documents

For corporate customers, the Seller has the right to request documents confirming:

• company registration;
• validity of the VAT number;
• authority of the representative.

For private individuals, the Seller has the right to request information necessary for order processing, identity verification in cases provided for by law, and for the fulfilment of statutory obligations.

2.6. Refusal of Registration or Order Processing

The Seller has the right to refuse registration or order processing if there are reasonable doubts regarding:

• the accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer;
• the Buyer’s status;
• compliance with European Union legislation;
• the legality of the transaction or delivery.

2.7. Compliance with Legal Requirements, Sanctions and Trade Restrictions

The Seller has the right to refuse to fulfil an order, register an account or deliver goods if the transaction, Buyer, final recipient, payment method, delivery route or country of destination may violate:

• European Union sanctions regimes;
• export control rules;
• AML/KYC requirements;
• international trade restrictions;
• other mandatory legal requirements.

The Seller also has the right to request additional documents and information in order to carry out compliance checks.

2.8. Prices and Taxation

Prices displayed on the platform may vary depending on the buyer’s status, whether a private individual or legal entity, the country of delivery, and the terms of cooperation.

For private buyers, the final VAT amount is calculated automatically during checkout after the country of delivery has been selected. The VAT amount is determined in accordance with the legislation of the destination country and the rules of the European Union One Stop Shop (OSS) system.

After the country of delivery is selected, the applicable VAT rate of the relevant country is automatically applied to the order value. The final order value, including applicable VAT, is displayed to the buyer before order confirmation and payment.

For legal entities with a valid VAT number registered in a Member State of the European Union, the sale of goods may be carried out without charging VAT in accordance with applicable European Union legislation.

Legal entities, wholesale buyers, dropshipping partners and companies reselling goods may be offered additional discounts, special commercial terms and individual pricing offers.

Partners engaged in dropshipping or resale of goods may receive special prices and additional commercial benefits depending on the volume of cooperation.

3.1.

The SexShopMarket.com platform sells intimate products to both private individuals and legal entities.

3.2.

Due to the nature of the products sold, as well as for reasons of hygiene, safety and protection of consumer health, adult products of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange.

3.3.

The Buyer agrees that after the goods have been handed over to the Buyer, the return of goods of proper quality is not possible.

3.4.

Return, exchange of goods or refund is possible only in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, damage to the goods during delivery, or receipt of goods that do not correspond to the placed order.

3.5.

If a defect is discovered, the Buyer must notify the Seller within a reasonable period after receiving the goods and provide a detailed description of the problem, as well as photographs or other evidence confirming the existence of the defect.

3.6.

After reviewing the claim and confirming the existence of a manufacturing defect or damage to the goods during delivery, the Seller, at its discretion, shall replace the goods, refund the money or offer another solution.

3.7.

All sales of adult products are final. After the goods have been handed over to the Buyer, return or exchange of the goods is not possible, except in cases of a confirmed manufacturing defect, damage to the goods during delivery, or receipt of goods that do not correspond to the placed order.

3.8.

In all other cases not related to a confirmed manufacturing defect, damage to the goods during delivery or an error in order fulfilment, return, exchange of goods and refund are not carried out.

3.9.

These return and exchange conditions apply to both private individuals and legal entities.
