CO3 balls have identical shape, sensual silkiness, and a handy looped retrieval cord, differing only in weight. The lightest blue version, weighing 60 g, is an ideal starting point for Kegel exercises. It provides the least resistance and will require the least "flex" to keep it in place. If you notice the blue ball is too easy, you can move to the medium-pink version weighing 82.2 g. The red ball is the heaviest, at 104.9 g, and will be a great incentive to work. Use a small amount of water-based lubricant to facilitate insertion.
